After I wrote my initial post on HE, I cancelled our Netflix and rejoined Hollywood Express. My timing was impeccable. They will be very, very missed.
Update: This location has merged with its sister at 1740 Massachusetts Ave.

There is still a very good Hollywood Express location at 1740 Mass Ave, just outside of Porter Square.

i’m puzzled that people use netflix or their local video store when their local free public library, connected thru interlibrary loan with a vast array of video collections, can provide most videos wished for. free and usually within a few days.
